2026-08-22	Ja*****	Terrible, period. Did not honor the introductory discount, sent food that I did not order, did not recognize the dietary preferences, just a waste of time and money. Run, don't walk, away from this borderline scam service.

I logged in to pick my meals for next week and saw it was skipped, which I didnt opt for. used the chat feature and all they could say was "sorry its skipped." I dont have a kitchen atm b.c my home is undergoing renovations and I didnt want to rely on fast food. disappointed that they had no solutions or offer of help considering how much it costs.

I found that I did not want to use it so I disabled the service somehow the service was reactivated this caused factor to charge me 70 dollars. I contacted a support agent within 2 hours of the charge and they told me that they cannot cancel the order because the process is already under way. it would be reasonable if they gave you any warning that you were about to be charged.

2026-08-17	M *****	Had an okay experience when I intentionally used it. Just watch out for your subscription continuing despite you canceling it. Also I noticed that after a while all the cook times became more or less the same across the board whereas before it varied meal to meal. Strange. The app itself is fine, but I really felt uncomfortable when they started plastering Serena Williams on it. She is just staring into my soul while I'm waiting for the app to load. I don't blame her so much as the advertiser

2026-08-16	Am*****	I've been enjoying the food and placing/editing the food you want is easy, but tracking your food, is less than desirable. I was told it would arrive by 8 AM this morning and it's almost 2 PM with no food in sight. This isn't the first time this has happened. It would be helpful to be able to see if the delivery is nearby so your day isn't wasted waiting if it's running late. Also the app doesn't inform you right away when it does arrive. It's usually delayed. Strongly questioning cancelling.

I ordered 14 meals, 3rd day after delivery I was charged 157$ for an additional 14 meals. didnt get a "please confirm your order", got a " we charged your card, pick your meals".
