Billing issues are common—charges despite cancellations, confusing 'free' boxes, and refunds are not reliable. Customer service is often unresponsive. Overall, great food potential hampered by app, delivery, and billing problems.

Recent reviews

First, meals are good and app is generally good. My issue is with the inability to set a preference for meal type (e.g. high protein, keto, high fiber, etc.) or listing allergens (e.g. shellfish) so that the default meal selection takes those into account. I generally edit the menu before the cutoff, but I've forgotten a few times and ended up with meals I cannot eat due to shellfish allergy. Fix this, and I'll change rating to 5.
