Too much to get plug registered why can't it be simple like just a phone call something everyone can do otherwise the device is useless to me.still can't get plug to work so like I said it's useless now , where is the person who I signed up with ann I also did not get the second one for signing up gasthis is junk if u can't get set up callel 4times still no answer is this the way u do business????

This app is junk! I installed this because the Old app would not connect any more so you were forced to go to the new app. It has not worked from the time I installed it. I have uninstalled and installed it about 10 times. Now I have no control over My alarm system. This is crazy! 8/4/23 the app installed an update and now it will not allow location all the time so the home and away will not work and my camera will cause the app to reboot. Still a piece of junk!
