Great emulator. The best Sega Saturn emulator for Android. I have tried others and this is the best. You do not need to be online. just need your own roms

I usually love all the emulators from this guy, but the performance in this is.. lacking. it needs a decently powerful chip or this is super choppy. running on the nvidia shield is a no go. I have another emulator that runs perfect on the shield.. so as old as that box is.. it isn't the issue.
