It works! I'm about 25 days into only using the core in pelvic floor exercises. I did not take the photos and do the measurements to track my progress, but I already feel much more slim and no longer look like I'm 4 months pregnant all the time. I will say that the exercises take a lot of accessories to complete, which is annoying. Otherwise I'm very pleased.

This app is ok. It does offer useful information, but I'm not the biggest fan of the workouts themselves. Prior to my pregnancy I worked out on a regular basis, nothing crazy but kept myself fit through pilates & cardio. These workouts require too much equipment for my preference. I would not purchase again. The only reason I haven't cancelled & still use it occasionally is because there's no refund.
