2024-06-29	Er*****	I've been using this app for years and suddenly the book selection vanished. I've reached out to customer service and tried to find any explanation for what happened and there's nothing. Meanwhile they're still charging me when they only have about 20 books to choose from and half aren't even in English.

2024-04-22	Al*****	Whole catalogue missing This app used to be pretty functional, and I liked how I could upload books I purchased elsewhere and download books to my computer. But today when I tried to shop with my credits, the whole shopping catalogue was empty except for about 36 random books, many not in English. The same problem was on the website- every genre and author I checked had "no titles" available. I put in a help ticket, but this isn't a bug on my end. Pausing my account, then sadly might cancel.

2024-04-09	Je*****	This app is very frustrating. It was the only app I could find that would let you upload your own audio books. That part I love. However if the app fails to download an audiobook it will redownload but not overwrite. So it just takes up space. It will also crash quite frequently which is frustrating when you're driving on a road trip. When it works it works great.

2024-02-29	Ro*****	I've been buying audiobooks from estories for many years but suddenly the book purchasing system seems to have stopped working. The bit that let's us buy with credits has simply stopped working, as has the key that let's us buy more credits. Is Estories now no longer available or stopped working. It would be good if you could tell us what's going on, or else it looks like we will all need to go over to buying our audiobooks from Audible in future. Do I need to cancel my subscription now?

Up until a couple months ago, I have had no complaints but now it looks like there are only about a dozen titles available and many are not in English. Where did all the books go? Very difficult to navigate the app and get help. I'm regretting holding my credits for so long.

2023-11-24	To*****	Love the app and the selection. My only recommendation would be to allow to save audiobooks on the SD card as well as the cell phone. This app would be better if it could be made compatible with Android Auto.

2023-10-23	Ay*****	This app does not let me control (play, pause +30sec, -30sec) my audiobook from notification panel and from lock screen on my Google and Samsung phone. It does not even show progress bar !

2023-10-17	Di*****	Great app. The only audiobook services which also provides upload facility. However, there is one bugg in this application. when we delete book from library, book that I deleted still shows in mobile version. And we can't delete it from mobile version. We have to clear all data manually and login again to update my library. I hope you guys will fix it in next updates. Thanks for listening.

2021-03-01	Ab*****	I love this app! Beautiful and functional. One issue: for some reason the "sleep timer" only goes up to 30 minutes. I tried the "end of chapter" option instead (with a longer chapter), but that just seems to run down the timer and then keep playing anyway. (?) To be honest I got this mostly for the sleep timer (covid insomnia!) so I wish there were a few basic-seeming options. And I realize there are third-party apps to kill the phone's overall volume, but I'm ALSO using white noise to block out street noise all night. Sigh. Anyone who's not super specific / picky in this department will love eStories!!!
