I've been using this app for years and suddenly the book selection vanished. I've reached out to customer service and tried to find any explanation for what happened and there's nothing. Meanwhile they're still charging me when they only have about 20 books to choose from and half aren't even in English.

Whole catalogue missing This app used to be pretty functional, and I liked how I could upload books I purchased elsewhere and download books to my computer. But today when I tried to shop with my credits, the whole shopping catalogue was empty except for about 36 random books, many not in English. The same problem was on the website- every genre and author I checked had "no titles" available. I put in a help ticket, but this isn't a bug on my end. Pausing my account, then sadly might cancel.
