セキュリティがゴミです。 この間アカウントがハックされましたってやつ押してログインしましたが楽天側の反応も対応も遅いですし補填も何もありません。 個人情報が流出したと思っているのでクレカの写真撮ってたやつがあったのですが番号を変えてもらわないといけませんでした。手間がかかりました。 楽天ドライブは使わないほうが身のためです。

it keeps popping notification saying my account is hacked. but the website version is perfectly fine. this app is a scam?

uninstall ASAP constant notifications that a badly written and misspelt . Takes you to a location for login and steals personal info. dodgy AF

Unlike other services, this app doesn't allow me to select specific folders for backup. It automatically uploads every image on my phone, including downloads, social media photos and even cover arts of music, which clutters my storage. I have 50GB of space but that doesn't mean I could use space for waste. There should be an option to exclude certain directories.

Watching a movie inside the app is a nightmare. But it is an excellent app.
