Isimdang is a service that allows you to easily find an eSIM that fits your travel destination and itinerary. After making a payment in Korean Won, it handles everything from issuance to installation and usage management.

■ Discover and Save Your Next Trip

Browse cities and travel themes and save locations of interest to your device. Once logged in, you can continue viewing them across the web and app using the same account.

■ Find the Right eSIM for Your Trip

You can review plans based on country, usage period, and data capacity, and compare the total amount in Korean Won, supported networks, roaming settings, hotspot support, and usage start conditions.

■ From Order to Issuance at a Glance

After payment, you can check the order and eSIM issuance status and manage the issued eSIM on a per-trip basis.

■ Installation Guide for Your Device

On supported Android devices, you will be directed to the System eSIM installation screen. If necessary, you can also install it using a QR code or activation code.

Wherever you are, our hearts are close. ■ Offline Connection Assistance

You can check the last synchronized eSIM summary, the start conditions for usage periods by plan, usage check times, and the local network connection recovery sequence even without internet access.

■ Manage Usage and Travel Preparations

Check the data usage and status of your provided plans, and save your travel itinerary and installation preparation items.

■ Destination Connection Check

If requested by the user, the device compares the current country with the countries supported by the purchased eSIM. GPS coordinates are not transmitted to or stored on the server.

■ Recharge and Extend Existing eSIMs

For supported lines, you can view and purchase additional data or usage period products without installing a new QR code. You can check the recharge method and amount before payment.

■ Coupons and Customer Support

You can register coupons and vouchers to your account to apply them to payments. For connection issues, you can proceed to customer support after verifying the items you checked yourself and the order number.

■ Select Only Necessary Notifications

You can select and receive notifications for eSIM issuance, installation, and usage. Connection check notifications are provided according to your saved travel itinerary. Notifications are provided based on device permissions and system settings, and consent to app usage statistics and marketing communications can be selected separately. Usage statistics can be changed in App Usage Settings, and marketing communications can be changed in Account Settings.

eSIM support and installation methods may vary depending on the device, OS version, carrier, and purchased rate plan. Please check the price, support scope, and cancellation conditions in the product details before purchasing.
