2021-01-24	Ch*****	Positive review to counteract the negative! I have absolutely no problems with this app at all. Many people on my office have issues, but they're ALL related to battery management from Samsung or Huawei phones... Use a Pixel or lean AOSP rom and there's no issues.

2020-11-13	Am*****	This phone app is horrible. I can not answer any phone calls on it. I have spoked to several people in the support department and no one can tell my why. Most of the time I try and make a call it doesn't work. If I am able to make a call I have to log out and log back in to make another call. I wish my company had never switched from RingCentral to Vertical. This app makes it extremely difficult to work from home.
