This app sometimes works correctly and then doesn't work at all, and now, after my phone update to android 13, this app is so bad that calls get dropped, and the call does not come through

There is always some or other issue. I won't say that it is user friendly.

Very bad. When you are on a call you get cut off. So you have to make the same call numerous times.
