I've been working hard and every 2 steps I Improve my score I get pulled back 3. Neverending battle for the working people. There should be a protection in place for unforseen circumstances beyond your control. I was in a car accident where a drunk driver jumped the median and hit me head on which ended my 28 yr. career, put me in the hospital for 1 year and a half as well as wheelchair. When I attempted to pay up a credit card for only 2 payments after never missed payment they still penalized.
