This mobile application is designed to provide individuals living with chronic conditions due to the neglected tropical disease lymphatic filariasis (LF)—including lymphedema and hydrocele—with an innovative tool to proactively self-report their health status to the Ministries of Health in Haiti or the Dominican Republic. By facilitating real-time data collection, public health officials can improve their geographic burden assessments and target outreach efforts, while connecting individuals with the specialized medical care, treatment options, and educational resources required to effectively manage their condition.
