User Reviews

Reviewers are split. Some enjoy the scooters for convenience and fun, and praise helpful staff. The most frequent complaint is unclear pricing, with taxes left out, surprise charges, and a deposit that exceeds ride costs. Several users also report scooters that won't scan, unlock, or lock while the app keeps billing them, plus broken vehicles. Many found customer support argumentative and unhelpful. Multiple reviewers said walking or other transport was cheaper and less frustrating.

Pros

Convenient for getting to destinations like the castle on hot days
Fun to ride, with several reviewers calling the experience enjoyable
Helpful staff and good service in some interactions

Cons

Hidden or unclear pricing, including taxes omitted and charges changed after use
Scooters fail to scan, unlock, or lock properly, and users are still charged
Broken or temperamental vehicles
Customer support seen as argumentative, dismissive, and slow to resolve issues

Recent reviews

At the hot summer days, it is very convenient to have the scooter take you to the entrance of the castle and back. The guys serving the scooters were very helpful.
