2024-08-13	Mi*****	Have never had any issues with this app but now all of a sudden it just isn't working and I have deleted & reinstalled it & it still didn't help! It keeps telling me that its "Unable to get the PDF bill. Please try later. Geez folks, I've been trying for days now with no changes whatsoever! What have y'all done to the app? Please fix this!! This is how I make my payments every month! I shouldn't have to drive 15 miles just to pay a bill when I can stay at home and pay it and not waste gas!

2018-03-24	A *****	This app was great until I got a Samsung galaxy s7. Nice new phone, but it won't download due to "device not supported?!" As if a $500 a month to flip my light switch isn't enough. Not to mention the billions being thrown about on the Kemper plant... So you guys can spend plenty of my money, my neighbor's money, my community's money on something BILLIONS over budget and WAY past due to open, but you can't keep your app up to date? How do you not support android 7.0?
