The app never works and the customer service is rude and have no understanding of people having hard times nor do they care . My 86 year old father was at my home on hospice for 4 years and I was his some caretaker by myself and was really struggling & these people did not care that my power got turned off and said that my father wasn't there problem . My father passed away Dec 2024, but needless to say , anyone that conducts their business in this manner will have there day one day to face...
