2026-06-19	Ra*****	it's strange how I can't see the full page. I wish it's just like PDFs, each page on a slide. I will like it 100% by simply making each page on it's own slide exactly like PDFs. Using this app is inconvenient and less useful than expected, whereas you could make it legendary in the way I mentioned above.

2026-05-31	K.*****	The app is crashing again and again. while loading Campbell Urology book I get prompted repeatedly the "app is not responding".. Even when the book opens after a long time of loading, that prompt still keeps appearing on screen until I close the app. also now I am having difficulty in login also, it's getting stuck after entering password and username... saying something went wrong.. that's all.. no login after that. I even sent an email to Elsevier book... no response yet

However, since the last two months I have struggled to access my main textbook i.e. Nelson Textbook of Pediatrics 22 ed. I attempt to open the downloaded version and it closes within seconds. Rather frustrating as all the usual fixes have failed and no solution in sight. I can open it on my iPad but not on my android phone.
