Features & Capabilities

Element Xcelerate for Drivers is a powerful mobile app designed to streamline fleet vehicle management for drivers. It allows quick and convenient completion of various vehicle-related tasks, recognizing the limited time available for administrative duties. Drivers can easily report business and personal mileage, maintain detailed trip logs, and efficiently handle preventive maintenance by locating recommended local service vendors.

The app also enables users to view vehicle registration renewal statuses, upload necessary licensing documents, and access or request replacement service cards for fuel and maintenance. Additional features include finding nearby gas stations with the best fuel prices, downloading company policies, and using Face ID for quick and secure login. Note that continuous GPS use for trip tracking may affect battery life, as the app captures location updates even in background mode.

Most users find Element Xcelerate for Drivers frustrating due to frequent crashes, freezes, and unreliable mileage tracking that ends trips randomly or prevents starting new trips. Logging in is problematic with password reset and loading issues. The interface is sometimes intuitive and users appreciate reminders and manual mileage entry. However, recurrent bugs often require users to reinstall the app monthly. Input fields and menus often malfunction or are difficult to use. Customer support is seen as unhelpful, offering little guidance for new users.

going from 3 stars to 1 star. This app is the worst at fixing bugs. The screen freezing at the finger print has occurred several times within the below review. --below is my last year's review-- it started to work again for few months, but just today the April 2024 milage report isn't going through on the app and for some reason it's not accepting online credential for the website to log in as well.
