2025-01-26	*****	This is not the centivo insurance app, that is non existent and this is an app for coordinating care with your primary only, no info regarding your insurance. The Centivo insurance seems like a rinky dink insurance with unavailable apps and the website is awful as well.

The app doesn't open when you click a notification (likely crashes?), and every time it is backgrounded, you lose your progress within the app - so oftentimes youre halfway through booking the appointment or writing a message, and all that is lost because you switched the app for a second to check your calendar, or took too long so your phone screen turned off... And you need to stary again.
