Users appreciate the Centivo app's ease of use, clear claims visibility, and user-friendly interface. However, several issues repeatedly noted include the lack of biometric login forcing frequent MFA, the back button exiting the app unexpectedly, frequent crashes especially related to location permissions, and insufficient in-app information causing frustrating redirects. These drawbacks negatively affect the overall user experience despite the app's helpful features.

Cons

No biometric login option requiring multi-factor authentication (MFA) every time
Back button closes the app instead of navigating back within the app
App crashes frequently, especially when accessing location permissions
App contains limited information and often redirects users back and forth between app and member website

Recent reviews

No Biometric for login means just to open the app I need to do MFA every time. Does not allow the use of the back button within the app, which also means you exit without warning, and then, of course, you need to log in to MFA AGAIN. This is what you get when the company cares more about money than user experience, and since there is no alternative on a phone for this, why should Centivo care how it works. Update: It still doesn't work, worse yet. In an email, they said they don't even offer it.
