Some dispatchers are incompetent and disconnect the chat without helping the technician. The disconnected the chat if you don't respond in 10 seconds, they need to understand the the we technician are working on the field and we can't be waiting between 3-20 minutes until they answer.

COX Communications is telecommunications. With technical support being vital for modems and TV boxes to work we need better Communications. It takes us techs more time and Dispatch Support more time. Please bring support back to the rhe States. 🙏🏽
