Is not working on Android 13. Crashing all the time. No notifications. Sep 17TH, 2024. The app is still really bad. Some dispatchers are incompetent and disconnect the chat without helping the technician. The disconnected the chat if you don't respond in 10 seconds, they need to understand the the we technician are working on the field and we can't be waiting between 3-20 minutes until they answer.
