By reporting these anomalies, you allow the Syndicat Val d'Oise Numérique, a public administrative establishment in charge of monitoring the deployment of optical fiber in the Val d'Oise, to in turn alert the infrastructure operator concerned so that 'he can process as quickly as possible.
Can be declared are:
- The street cabinets, called Sub Optical Distributor (SRO) or Point de Mutualisation (PM), which are located on the sidewalks of your municipality. The declaration can relate to the general condition of the frame (veiled door, broken lock, etc.) or its opening outside of technician hours.
- Telecom rooms if they are open or without their cast iron plug;
