Initially it's good initiative / interface to combine different levels of the issues in ISP network. Everything starts from low level of the OSI model, physical level. Would be good if Proximus+ application will get communication with this application. More instructions for regular users required. Everyone can report issues with network infrastructure of ISP in their neighbourhood.

Telefonisch zijn jullie niet bereikbaar en de app kan je niet gebruiken zonder dat je contact geeft tot je bestanden en camera, wat voor mop is dit? Willen jullie dat schade gemeld wordt of niet?
