2022-07-16	Da*****	This came with a light I bought and a lot of times I can't get it to work at all unless the light is super close by my phone. But when the lights outside in the Winter and I can't control it from inside the house it's really inconvenient. When it works right though it is a cool application.

2021-12-20	tr*****	For some reason, this app requires location permission to work properly. I can connect to the light through an upstairs window, but I have to have Bluetooth and GPS turned on, and then scroll over to my light in the app. There's a decent choice of colors, color combinations, and effects. I would appreciate the ability to control the speed of the cascading effects, and an on and off schedule in the app itself. A simple timer would suffice; a smart device without either is lacking in smarts...

2021-01-07	Co*****	I have the Kaleidoscope light. The app is great for changing the modes and turning the light on and off. The problem is it will do one operation and then becomes unresponsive. The arduous work around is to delete and reinstall the app. Twice a day. Every. Day.

2020-12-09	Lu*****	Works, but barely. The headache of having to scroll through all of the lights I DONT OWN in order to find the only one that I do is very annoying. And the inability to perform more than very simple color and pattern combinations is a downside too. Needs work.

2020-12-03	An*****	This works horrible. Hard to pair. App has multiple lights to choose from if you can get the screen to slide to the one you actually own. Also keep close & be prepared to be right up against the window if you want it to work.

After figuring that out got them home and right out of the box not 1 set is found in the app. The app constantly freezes and crashes. Tries the app on 2 different Note 8s, a galaxy J7 and an iPad all with no luck. Even tried factory resetting the lights per instructions and they didnt even go into reset mode. Promptly returned to the store.

2020-11-05	V.*****	This is the most useless and horrible app that is only wasting your time, freezes your phone and crashes. It doesn't do anything else. It only makes your new $120 smartlight megaprojector unusable. Stay as far away as you can from this "product"

2020-10-28	Ro*****	So unhappy with the recent app updates. My lights haven't worked since these updates started. Been fine for years now stuck on the horrible Christmas lightshow setting. Lights shows in bluetooth on my phone but the app, at most, sees only 1 string (they are connected to each other) and that goes in and out. Thanks for making over $200 worth of lights useless.

2020-10-14	co*****	My app no longer sees my string lights. Have tried taking to factory reset as per manual....uninstalled and reinstalled app NOTHING!!! 5 STRINGS THAT ARE USELESS RIGHT NOW! 😠 Update...10/13 my lights are working better than ever. So glad someone has addressed the problem

2020-10-13	Gl*****	Horrible. I have two lights. Takes several minutes and will only connect to one light. Used to work great. Updates don't help. Resetting the phone and toggling the bluetooth doesn't cut it. Have to manually go outside and unplug the lights.
