Tekst kan ikke markeres og kopieres. Ved bladring gennem gamle dokumenter glemmes positionen i listen hver gang man lukker et dokument. Ingen direkte mulighed for at få foto på ID, men ved at gøre det først i e-Wallet appen, kunne (og skulle) det derefter gøres i e-Boks appen. Ingen af disse apps kunne se kodefeltet i passet, så manuel indtastning var nødvendig i begge apps.
