2025-02-03	Je*****	Seems impossible to set up the App on a new android phone, will not accept the valid email and password. Used to work fine but now cannot set it up. Does not recognise my account. ... and the support email contact below doesnt work.

2025-01-27	To*****	They advertise it as CONTROLLABLE with Alexa BUT ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO CONNECT IT. They have the link from their site about that. You do as per instruction. Then you get the error code after you try to connect and pair it. Have emailed them. THEY NEVER REPLY. As per other users. They also cannot connect to Alexa. BAD SERVICE EDIT 27.1.25 Eaton reply back. Takes them 2 months to do so. Admitting it doesn't work and now got to wait weeks for a fix. BAD!! Do not buy this brand.
