Shutle 321 was my ride. Driver did not know about the ride. I placed pick up at bouddho mandir. Driver even rejected to pick me up and then told either I need to come to Basabo neither he can't. Even 1 star will be much more for the app.... Because the call center was unreachable and seriously it was just a unsafe journey. It was my first and the last journey in shuttle.

Terrible service, used it for 1 month. Then 1 fine morning when I was in a heavy rush, saw my ride got canceled without even notifying me and without refunding me. I was forced to take an Uber as an alternative. Later called customer service and contacted via Facebook for refund, customer service didn't even picked up the phone while Facebook page was nonresponsive. Not wasting a single penny on this service anymore.

The drivers are absolutely arrogant, I booked two consecutive days and found the drivers behaving like master-slave with the passengers. I thlught it would change over time, but I didn't feel safe taking any more rides with this app. Even I paid for today's ride, but didn't take it since the driver was too damn rude over phone.
