Shutle 321 was my ride. Driver did not know about the ride. I placed pick up at bouddho mandir. Driver even rejected to pick me up and then told either I need to come to Basabo neither he can't. Even 1 star will be much more for the app.... Because the call center was unreachable and seriously it was just a unsafe journey. It was my first and the last journey in shuttle.

Very Poor Service.. So I gave them a shot for a week. Their driver was late all of the days. And one day he wasnt a passanger was 15 mins late which is not acceptable. One day My ride somehow got cancelled and i wasnt notified. When i called the driver he said no rides was scheduled?! I tried calling help line and asked the driver to call the office as well, they were unreachable. What kind of service is this.. If rides needs to be cancelled they should notify me earlier.
