It's not even accepting log in pin .. and transaction pin... It's useless app. I hv tried complaining to help line but to no avail. Someone please fix this app.

2022-04-01	Ja*****	this is an absolutely a confused app . as my objective of operating this app is failed. and there is no enough training given on you web. when i log in to my mobile app , it gives a msg that " account not found" on the other hand a sms comes to my cell that " you have successfully logged in. then another message comes in that your OPT is xxxxxxx, but where to use this OTP?

2021-11-19	Hi*****	This app is designed very bad. The features included are looking dummy. When I log in, it displays an error " invalid account number " and send me messages like "you login successful" which is another big issue. They need a little bit attention to make this app good for using it. The world is full of beautiful android/ios apps developer, but they are not ready to spend a single penny on it.

2021-11-15	Sa*****	I don't know why Big Bank like this cannot invest for their customer ease and satisfaction. This app is just basic no features. Even they didn't add the Account Deposit and Withdrawal Limitations. Just like jazz cash and easy paisa did. How can we check the remaining limitations. That's totally mess and confusing. Kindly recreate this app and add all features just like your competitors. We are paying you and investing in your bank. So you have to also give us Good Service in return.

It seems that nobody owns this app as well as MCBlite card coz it is not working on internet and says Unsuccessful "user cannot login/FAILED Host not responding" what the heck is this? Still NOT WORKING on 01-12-2020 as well as on 23-09-21 giving message "Transaction failed, your card is blocked" Helpline says card is active and E-commerce says transaction declined. 😒 Now it started working after making 3 calls wasting 50 minutes.

2020-12-04	Yo*****	Developer cannot coup up with the changes in OS and failed to make it work with Android 10. App's good only if it works. 4Dec20 All of a sudden it starts working on Android 10 that's a surprise! 5 stars now 🙂

2020-10-17	Ja*****	I am using this in Islamabad. Overall good app. simple and easy to use. Haven't faced any problem as other people are reporting except Loading TOPUP on a converted number. Rs. 200 was deducted from my account but then reversed into my account. Every time i login it gives annoying app download massage. Some features are not present like activating or deactivating the card or online shoping session.

2020-10-08	At*****	Such a pathetic app. Most of the times cannot log in, even if log in by chance then cannot make a bill payment and any transaction. Technical team needs to workout over this app for detailed troubleshooting. Bill payments (Consumer I.D and reference no. issues), funds transfer, online payments etc etc etc. I think Jazzcash and easypaisa apps are giving real tough time to these underprofile banks, and for high end competition these banks are already satarted to give up on their tech wings. CRASH

Previously, this app was working perfectly. But after the issuance of new lite card it is totally a headach. Otherwise it was a pretty good service. Kindly resolve this issue asap
