Still getting error , can not encrypt pin. Help Still waiting for someone at mcb to fix it. Bugs still not fixed . it's not letting me log in after new chip card was issued . It's not even accepting log in pin .. and transaction pin... It's useless app. I hv tried complaining to help line but to no avail. Someone please fix this app.

this is an absolutely a confused app . as my objective of operating this app is failed. and there is no enough training given on you web. when i log in to my mobile app , it gives a msg that " account not found" on the other hand a sms comes to my cell that " you have successfully logged in. then another message comes in that your OPT is xxxxxxx, but where to use this OTP?
