Useless if connection is refused by Gimbal itself. Can't connect anymore. Factory reset is not possible. Clearing data from this app is also useless. Worthless app as its hardware. Don't waste your money on these hard- and software!

Bluetooth fails to connect. Can this software do 3 or 400 more for ware updates continuously? This thing is a big paperweight. I just want it to work. My phone is a one plus 8pro.

Never works properly. I've had it for over 5 months and it has only worked properly twice!

Used it a few times after I initially bought it. Then about 4 months later it doesn't connect to my phone and it just has a green blinking light. I can't change modes on it all or do anything with it now. Update supposedly downloads but it doesn't go through tried many times. Now it's useless to me.

It works very well for me with the stabilizer. But it records my videos at fewer pixels and not at the maximum capacity of my camera. It's the only thing I would like to see fixed in this app. In competition with other apps that do it on my phone.
