User Reviews

The most common complaint is that the app cannot connect to the gimbal, with several users linking the problem to updates. Users also report crashes and unreliable operation. A few reviewers say the gimbal stabilizes footage well, but positive feedback is limited compared with the connection and reliability complaints.

Pros

Some users report that the gimbal stabilization works well and keeps footage steady.

Cons

Bluetooth pairing and connection failures are widespread, often leaving the gimbal unusable.
Several users say app or firmware updates caused connection problems or stopped the gimbal from working.
App reliability is inconsistent: users report glitches, repeated restarts, crashes, or the app failing to open.

Recent reviews

Useless if connection is refused by Gimbal itself. Can't connect anymore. Factory reset is not possible. Clearing data from this app is also useless. Worthless app as its hardware. Don't waste your money on these hard- and software!
