hi your apps is really easy to use and very convenient. but as of i cant use the transfer fuund option. i dont know why but every time i want to transfer via gcash or my other bank account its always say NOT AVAILABLE. i hope this will be fix soon.

The customer service of this app is a trash. I made a prepaid load transaction last two weeks ago but an error just happened where the load amount just took by their system and I did not received any load on my phone number. I immediately raised my concerns on their customer service, hoping if I can REFUND my money but unfortunately they're still ignoring my messages. I think the customer service on this app is just a display. Thank you for wasting my time and MONEY. I rate 1/10. :)
