Dtrack helps you understand your own patterns, without accounts, cloud sync, or ads.

WHAT YOU CAN TRACK

• Scroll Time — See time on the social apps you choose, set a daily cap, and review usage history. Optional Usage Access is required for usage charts (granted in Android system settings).

• Medication — Log substances you want to monitor, with dose, route, and timestamps. View simple decay charts based on rough half-life estimates.

• Mood — Record quick check-ins with scores and notes over time.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

All data stays on your phone. Dtrack does not upload your usage, medication, or mood data to our servers. Delete your data anytime in Settings → My Data.
