Every time i use the app, there have been issues. Driver takes me around, my booking gets cancelled last minute, but if i cancel i get charge! Refund given in wallet cannot be used, only if you book premium more expensive services! Beware! Support services sends you copy paste messages which does not respond to your query. Dont reply by another copy paste message here again by telling me to send email! Dont fall for this app! u ill end up paying 3 times more! N ur ride gets cancelled anytime!

I requested a taxi and waited, it gives me 20 minutes minimum but I found DTC taxi waiting near the hotel then I cancelled my request. How i don't know.
