2024-12-27	Vi*****	Use this app at your own risk...seems to be a dishonest group of people running it... after booking a driver, driver pleaded with me to cancel...out of sympathy, I cancelled ... now, these folks are charging a cancellation fee from me insisting for me to pay for their drivers fault...after promising to resolve the issue...

2024-12-25	so*****	Service of the app has drastically gone down. If you happen to cancel the booking , the cancellation charge shown 0 charge but later I found they charged Rs 30. When informed them , they said they can't do anything but I have to pay. Also, if the drivers cancel the booking, they don't compensate customers with credit but only express sorry.
