Really unprofessional service provider and badly managed. I had scheduled a driver but he did not show up, despite the tracker saying he is close. He did not pick up any calls, either. There was no customer support or no one from DriveU who reached out to address this concern. My suggestion is to not bother with DriveU and try to find other, better drive service providers. I am just thankful I had selected 'Pay Cash' option and did not pay in advance.
