2024-10-15	Hi*****	Full of bugs and errors and very disappointing I created a new profile (2024 not 2022 like they replied here) and the so called help center is simply someone who whatsapped me with a very unprofessional attitude, unfortunately it was a very bad experience and very unprofessional

2022-09-22	eh*****	New system is veryyyyyy bad. All what the company need now is just MONEY. The service became veryyyyy bad. I used to subscribe to sponsor every month, but will never anymore & will cancel my account very sooooon unless the company changes its attitude

2022-09-21	He*****	It was a nice application and nice doctor services before the date of the application of the new packages for booking, which turns into an unfair, unrealistic and extremes of charging without any benefits and no new written contract or deals. When i wanted to unsubsribe from this new service, the application did not work, tried to phone, they didn't respond for several times, I was about to be charged for nothing.. Unfortunately, it seems that it' a mark of downcurving trust and reputation..

2022-07-16	ah*****	Worst application ever, worst company i've dealt with, worst customer service , I wish i could give less than one star . They are just trying to steel your effort and money as much as they can ..for young doctors do not ever use this app. It's a scam.

2022-07-03	Di*****	I clearly stated by phone and by WhatsApp that i want to unsubscribe, and the application won't allow me to delete my credit card.. so today they just made the withdrawal of 1139 egp without an invoice and without my concent!!!! I wish i could give less than 1 star

2021-10-04	Dr*****	Useless app!! I have tried several times to publish my account but didn't work. I called them many times and the lady promised to fix the problem but nothing changed. I sent many email but their answer was irrelevant to my problem.
