2024-10-25	Li*****	This service is decent overall, but their spot service needs significant improvement, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars. It frequently goes down or shows errors when trying to secure a spot, often at the worst possible times when you need access to funds. While it eventually works, having to try 20 times or wait 1-2 days is unacceptable. Additionally, customer support is slow to respond, and it seems like only one person, Chanel, is managing the desk.

2024-03-14	Ma*****	Terrible switch from goodments. Terrible customer service from people who don't seem to even know what the app looks like, advising to click buttons that don't exist. I am still unable to transfer money from my bank into my wallet and now may account has been suspended for security checking.. Update. Every time you do a major update I'm reset. Now there's no way to see my investments and it wants all this new personal information from me along with more ID?? what's going on?

2024-03-13	Ko*****	This app sucks since it switched from Goodments to Dough. It doesn't have cool graphs to show the movement of your stocks or give you daily movement - only totals. And now, the app won't even work for me. It's not displaying any of my US investments... It just says error.

2023-01-08	Ka*****	Absolutely horrible mobile banking app. If I could give zero stars I readily would. I was banking with them pretty regularly following an inheritance I received. With no warning or reason they suddenly froze my account and didn't even tell me I found out trying to log in and was unable to one day and reached out to customer service. At which point an insane amount of documentation was requested to unfreeze my account. That was a year ago. They still have my funds.

Allows me to set up a regular investment so I don't have to think about it AND I can buy shares too when I want or regularly with their auto investing feature. Autopilot seems great cos I keep control of everything in the Hub, but really I don't have to think about it.

I sent in the verification documents, waited a few days with still no word back. Had to reach out to someone through discord and they finalled helped me to be approved. Finally able to try out the app and was disappointed by lack of needed features, bad customer service, and an overall poor experience. So my search continues...

However, would like features like mobile deposit, statements, and the ability to login to a website to view account on a bigger screen. Also, would like to see more metrics on spending habits, such as a month to month view.

I would transfer money from my cash app to my douugh and they wanted proof that the funds were intended for me and where they originated, then after my account was closed a deposit was mistakenly made to that account and now I'm unable to retrieve it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE AT ALL

Updat #2: Apparently they closed my account with them without letting me know. I had justupdated my direct deposit and they closed it today without giving me enough time to change it. Apparently I'm going to have to go two weeks without my check. Works out great for them. Still not updating my stars...
