This service is decent overall, but their spot service needs significant improvement, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars. It frequently goes down or shows errors when trying to secure a spot, often at the worst possible times when you need access to funds. While it eventually works, having to try 20 times or wait 1-2 days is unacceptable. Additionally, customer support is slow to respond, and it seems like only one person, Chanel, is managing the desk.

Terrible switch from goodments. Terrible customer service from people who don't seem to even know what the app looks like, advising to click buttons that don't exist. I am still unable to transfer money from my bank into my wallet and now may account has been suspended for security checking.. Update. Every time you do a major update I'm reset. Now there's no way to see my investments and it wants all this new personal information from me along with more ID?? what's going on?
