2024-05-30	Ry*****	I have tried multiple times to contact them because of an issue with the app. They have failed to respond to any of them. I am unable to receive my money from them. On top of that, every time I open the app, I am told I need to update it. The app is up to date, but it redirects me to the store anyway. I am hoping this reaches someone who can assist me

2023-01-19	ti*****	I never leave reviews... but this app is so awesome and I definitely recommend it! I love that you can send your friends or family a video message and a gift card. I have a teenage nephew and he was kind of hard to get ahold of, so I used Dono to send him a gift card and a happy birthday message of me and my daughter singing him happy birthday. It was adorable! The best part is that we'll both have that video forever!

2022-02-22	Ka*****	EDIT: in response to the reply to my original review, an online casino wasn't the only place where my gift cards didn't work. and it actually did work on the casino site once or twice, then never again. additionally, I've never had a company ask for a picture of my drivers license AND a picture of the credit card used just to issue a refund. especially when the issue was the result of the app allowing me to send a gift card to someone whose account was ready permanently deactivated, and therefore unable to receive the gift card I sent or use it at all.
