Keep getting an error code 500 when trying to verify. Also you chat bot doesn't work in app just brings up a blank screen

I have tried multiple times to contact them because of an issue with the app. They have failed to respond to any of them. I am unable to receive my money from them. On top of that, every time I open the app, I am told I need to update it. The app is up to date, but it redirects me to the store anyway. I am hoping this reaches someone who can assist me
