Doction is a book club app that lets you keep a reading log and discuss your thoughts with others who are reading the same book. It can be used for individual reading management or group reading sessions.

You can find countless star ratings on the internet. But what you truly want to experience is the "context" and "dialogue" that led to that conclusion, isn't it? Doction doesn't have star ratings. What you'll find are insights born from reading and records of discussions.

■ Reading Log/Reading Notes (Reading Alone)
Choose a book you want to read, create a "reading room," set the number of pages and target date, and start. You can jot down passages that caught your attention or questions that popped into your mind. You can also naturally manage your reading progress.

■ Group Reading Session (3-5 people)
Read the same book together in a small group. Read at your own pace and set your own timing for reflection.

■ Discussion—Like Gathering Around a Campfire
Participants can easily share their thoughts via chat during weekly reflections. "I see, that's another way of looking at it"—understanding deepens with each dialogue. You can give "Excellent!" to good insights.

■ Accumulation of Knowledge—Not Just Star Ratings, But the Process of Knowledge
Discussion logs and personal notes accumulate as "knowledge" from the book. The greatest feature is the ability to record the "process of knowledge" born from reading, rather than just one-sided evaluations.

Individuals and small groups can register their self-published booklets, "ZINEs," as books and recruit readers (approval required to maintain a safe community).
