Reading Workshop takes the opposite approach. The next book emerges from the records you leave behind.

This is a quiet workspace for reading, leaving notes, and continuing to read.

There are no ads. There are no marketing notifications. There is no membership registration.

Your library, sentences, and notes do not go to a server; they remain on your device.

Capture impressive passages along with their page numbers.

If you take a photo of your bookshelf, the device reads the text (offline), allowing you to select and save only the sentences you like. This ensures you never get tired of transcribing.

Your saved sentences and notes become blank cards.

With Spacing Repeat (SRS), you are brought back to life just as you are about to forget them. Automatic blank generation is free, and no AI is required.

Starting with why you are reading and what questions you want to ask, you record everything from a one-line impression and one-line summary to three key points and "how to use this."

What you write does not remain as scattered cells but is typeset as a complete piece of writing. Notes left on sentences are attached directly below them, and you can read from beginning to end simply by scrolling down.

A year's record becomes a notebook that sits on your bookshelf. Tapping a title in the table of contents at the very front takes you directly to that book.

You can also export it as a PDF to keep or share.

So that the book does not end even after you finish reading.

You won't find "people who bought this also bought that" here.

· 3 Minutes Before Reading — For 257 books, the reasons for reading, questions to ponder before reading, questions to ask yourself after reading, common difficulties, and reading tips are all prepared in advance.

· Next Page — Once you finish a book, it suggests three more books to read next, along with reasons. Deeper / Introductory Door / Side by Side / Opposite — even a path to intentionally stand on opposite sides. If a book is already in your library, it will be displayed first.

· Window on the Times — It looks at books that have been frequently borrowed from the library recently.

Dark background, a single large number. Target time and break.

If you read to the end, it counts as a completed read.

One page of a book is equivalent to 1 mL of water. If you water it as much as you read, flowers will bloom. If you don't, they will wither. Six types of flowers.

Reading Workshop does not send your records to a server.

Only for those who wish to synchronize their phone and PC can you connect your Firebase directly to sync. This is entirely optional.
