Not very user friendly on androids. No autocorrect. Long texts have no preview (text box does not enlarge). Please update, unfair to androids.

It never notifies me when I get paged which is a patient safety issue. I have to actively check to see if I have gotten paged. I have missed numerous messages sometimes for as long as an hour. I've never found a functional secure texting app. It seems we can only have safety or privacy not both; it's ashame that patient privacy is considered a higher priority than patient safety.
