Calories from a single photo, and AI records your workout if you write it down. The paths you walk are your map, the paths you run are your land.
A place where you accumulate as much as you eat, walk, and run.
The back is an app that records your diet, exercise, walking, and running all in one place.
• Food you ate with just a single photo — AI estimates calories, carbohydrates, protein, and fat, and records them immediately.
• Exercise with text — If you write something like "40 minutes of tennis," AI estimates and records the calories burned.
• Walked paths on "My Map" — Only the paths you walked are mapped out, and steps and calories burned are measured simultaneously.
• Runned paths on "My Land" — Claim the territory surrounded by your run paths and compete with local runners.
The back is entirely free. There is no trial period or payment screen.

[Calories, Carbs, Protein, and Fat with Just One Photo]
• Record daily Korean dishes like Bibimbap, Kimchi Stew, and Naengmyeon with a photo.
• Calories, carbohydrates, protein, fat, as well as dietary fiber, sugars, and sodium.
• Displays calories by ingredient and a health score for the meal.
• If you only ate half a bowl, simply change the serving size to recalculate.
[Scan the Nutrition Facts]
For packaged foods like convenience store snacks, treats, and beverages, take a picture of the nutrition facts label on the back. Read the numbers written on the table and record them exactly as they appear.
[Search by Food Name · Write Text · Recent Foods]
For branded foods, simply search by name and enter the amount consumed. It will also be recorded if you write it out, such as "200g of pork belly and two glasses of soju." For frequently eaten foods, select from "Recent Foods" and simply set the quantity to record it immediately. If the analysis is incorrect, correct it as if you were speaking, such as "The rice was half a bowl."
** [Eating and Exercise at a Glance]
It displays your remaining calories, macronutrients (carbohydrates, protein, fat), dietary fiber, sugars, and sodium in rings. Below that, your steps and calories burned for the day are displayed in real-time. You can check your weekly records by date, and even record missed meals on past dates.
[AI Calculates Your Exercises When You Write Them Down]
If you write down your workout details, such as "40 minutes of tennis" or "1 hour of weight training at the gym," the AI identifies the type, time, and intensity to estimate and record your calories burned. If the result is incorrect, you can correct it using the AI editing feature. Your steps, footprints, and running records are also aggregated to show your total calories burned at a glance.
[Daily Goals Tailored to Your Body]
If you provide your height, weight, date of birth, number of workouts, and desired weight, the app recommends a daily calorie, macronutrient, and carbohydrate goal tailored to your body within one minute. You can change your goals directly at any time.
[Reminds You So You Don't Forget]
We only notify you if there is no record by the set time. If you have already recorded it, it will pass quietly.
[Ask What to Eat Next]
Swipe sideways from the Home screen to open the question screen. If you ask, "What should I eat for dinner with my remaining calories?", it will provide an answer based on your recent meal history and goals.
=== Footsteps ===
[Only the Paths You Walk Become Your Map]
Only the paths you have walked are drawn on a blank sheet of paper. Frequently walked paths are drawn in bolder lines, while paths you have walked for the first time are counted separately. Paths traveled by car or bicycle are excluded, leaving only the paths you walked or ran.
[Steps and Calories Together]
It tracks your step count, calories burned, and paths you have walked for the first time. In the walking statistics, you can look back on the distance you have walked so far, your longest walk, and the day you walked the longest continuous path.
[Decorate Your Map]
Overlay it with a real map and customize it by choosing paper colors and line styles. Photos taken while walking remain as photo pins in their exact spots. You can also see your footprints accumulating in each neighborhood.
[Replay and Share]
Rewatch the footprints you've left so far as videos, and create cards to share.
[Automatic Recording]
When turned on, it detects when you start walking and records your footprints even without opening the app. It is a feature you can turn on only when you want.
=== Running ===
[Accurate GPS Recording]
It records distance, time, pace, and uphill, and notifies you with voice alerts every 1km. The recording continues even if you turn off the screen or use other apps. When finished, you can review the route on a map, 1km segments, and pace/elevation graphs.
[Run to Expand Your Land]
The area surrounded by the path you ran becomes your land. The finish line connects straight back to the starting point. You can take over another runner's land by encircling it, and you will be notified if your land is taken away. Compete in your neighborhood, city/county/district, or national rankings.
[With a Team]
Create a team or join using an invitation code to expand your team's land together. Talk via team chat and compete against other teams for rankings.
[When You Want to Show Off]
Turn your running route into a transparent sticker and paste it onto Instagram Stories or other editing apps. You can also create replay videos of running over a 3D map.
[Statistics and Badges]
View weekly, monthly, and yearly distances and compare them to past periods. Accumulate badges for distance, record-breaking achievements, and consecutive running.

[Also on Galaxy Watch]
Start Territory and Footsteps immediately on Wear OS watches like the Galaxy Watch, and even record your heart rate. Even if you start on your phone, you can stop and finish on the watch. Records made on the watch are saved as the same records as on the phone.
• Tiles: Swipe tiles on the watch to see this week's running distance and run/walk buttons. Press to start recording immediately.
• Info Display (Complication): You can display this week's running distance on the watch face. Press to open the app.
[With Health Connect]
Import walking and running data from Health Connect (such as Samsung Health) and save workouts recorded on the back to Health Connect. You can also import and export GPX, TCX, and FIT record files.
[Use with Peace of Mind]
Only you can see your footprints. You can participate in "Territory Game" only when you want, and other runners will only see the nickname you have chosen. Share stickers can cover the area around your starting and finishing points.
