The customer service never knows what's going on and cannot solve any problems. Today they made me call 2 different numbers. Talk on 2 different WhatsApp numbers. And the chat on the app seems to be managed by minions stacked in a trench coat. Did I get any health support? No, because noone can access my documents on the app. |
