Will not let me enter the code sent by you to my phone. Tried many times this app does not work well

Didn't see any clear option to report bugs in the app, so here it goes: 1. when typing into the virtual assistant chat, the keyboard hides the textbox. 2. virtual assistant does not work in English. 3. when searching for a doctor, the map view for the results doesn't load.
