We present our health insurance with personal doctor service. From the app, you will choose your primary doctor who will accompany you with your health questions and will accompany you at all times. You can have a virtual consultation, make an in-person appointment with specialists, have all your health data and recipes at hand, as well as manage your health with the help of an administrative manager (authorizations, management of medical appointments)

 In the Personal Doctor app you can:  

Sign your insurance documents, to be able to start using Personal Doctor.

Select your Personal Doctor, the one that best suits your needs. In the case of children under 15 years of age, you can also select their personal pediatrician.

Once you have selected your Personal Doctor, schedule an appointment to meet you: welcome session, initial check-up, prevention plan...

Medical attention: through this section, you can contact your Personal doctor and his medical team, if he is not available. You can contact both by chat and by video consultation, or schedule an appointment. You can also use here a search engine for centers where you can perform the diagnostic tests indicated by your doctor or a dental clinic.

Agenda: you will be able to access all the medical appointments you have scheduled, edit them or cancel them. You will have at a glance your virtual appointments with your Personal Doctor as well as in-person appointments with the specialists recommended by your family doctor.

My health: you can consult all the information related to your health: basic health data, digital card, medical history, access to personal medical equipment, and your electronic prescriptions...

Health assistant: a direct chat with your manager to process authorizations and appointments with specialists.

Authorizations: check your authorizations and their approval status.

Emergencies: access to the emergency medical team: telephone, chat and search engine for emergency medical centers.

My insurance: you will have access to your insurance data and access to a chat with a team that will help you at all times with any questions related to your policy (changes to personal data, payment methods, etc.)
