Needs an update, do an update then it wants to verify my phone by sending a verification code but it takes 24 hours to receive so I can't do what I needed to do. 24 hours later I get my verification code but then it says for security reasons it can't reset my pin and needs me to uninstall and re-install and start again

2024-12-10	Br*****	Every time I need to use this app, it says Update Required, then I have to go through the whole process of updating it, logging in again, and initiating the ID request again. Once it's updated, it does it's supposed to, but you can never just use the app, it's ALWAYS requiring updates. Super inconvenient and unhelpful.

2024-10-31	Ia*****	Woeful, buggy and really dumb app. Verification codes take +10 mins to arrive (if at all). I have tried to complete the processes so many times but give up I frustration every time.
